Palm Island is composed of three "Palm Island" projects, namely The Palm Jumeirah, Alishan Palm Island, Deira Palm Island, and World Island. Palm Island is the world's most iconic residential and tourism project. There are a large number of villas and apartments for sale on each island, adding many beaches that are in short supply to the entire Emirate of Dubai. The Dubai Palm Island, built at a cost of $14 billion, is known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World". By the 1990s, all beaches in Dubai had been developed and encountered bottlenecks in development. To solve this problem, Dubai decided to build an artificial island, and the unprecedented scale of the artificial island construction plan - the Palm Island project - was born. After the completion of the Palm Island project, Dubai's coastline will increase by 720 kilometers. Perhaps by then, the map of Dubai on the world map will need to undergo some changes. The Palm Island Project consists of four island clusters: Jumeirah Palm Island, Alishan Palm Island, Deira Palm Island, and World Island. It plans to build 12000 private residences and over 10000 apartments, as well as more than 100 luxury hotels, ports, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping centers, and diving sites. In addition, an underwater hotel, the world's tallest skyscraper, an indoor ski resort, and a main park the size of Dubai city are also planned.
